Industrial equipment sandpad modeler: interprets the processes and cycles of sandpad production
The production of a sandpad model for industrial equipment is a rigorous and systematic process, from demand communication to the delivery of finished products, where each link is rounded up and directly affects the quality, effectiveness and delivery efficiency of the sandpad. As a model manufacturer of professional industrial equipment, we interpret in detail the full process and cycle of the production of industrial equipment, so as to give businesses a clear picture of each aspect of the production of the sand, to plan rationally, to ensure that it is delivered on time and to meet the needs of the business in terms of displays, tenders, training, etc.

The production process of the industrial equipment chassis model is divided into six main segments, each with a clear working content and time node to ensure an orderly advance in the production process. The first is demand communication and programme design, which is the basis for production, with in-depth communication with clients, detailing key information, such as the client ' s equipment parameters, demonstration needs, budget scope, production cycle, etc., and then drawing detailed design options and impact maps in relation to client needs and submitting client confirmation, usually taking three to five working days (complex non-standardization may take 7 to 10 working days).
The second is the procurement and preparation of materials, which, upon confirmation of the programme, will be centrally procured in accordance with the design programme to accurately account for the quantities and specifications of the required materials, electronic components, mechanical components, etc. The timing of the procurement of materials, depending on the type of material and the difficulty of procurement, requires two to three working days for the procurement of conventional materials and five to seven working days for the procurement of special materials (e.g., non-standardized materials, imported materials) to ensure that the materials are available on time without delay in subsequent production.
The third is the main plate production, which is at the heart of the production and includes, inter alia, the production of the chassis base, the restoration of the equipment structure and the engraving of details. The main production of conventional static discs takes 5-10 working days depending on size and complexity; the main production of dynamic discs, large discs, takes 10-20 working days, complex, non-standardized sandpads, and the main production cycle may be longer. At this stage, we will proceed strictly with the design programme to refine the structure and detail of the equipment and, at each step, arrange a professional inspection to ensure the accuracy and quality of the production.
The fourth is functional addition and debugging. For dynamic sandpads and smart sandpads, we add dynamic demonstrations, light control, visualization of data, etc., to the end of the subject's production, and then complete debugging to ensure that the function is running smoothly and accurately. The duration of this segment, depending on the complexity of the function, requires two to three working days for a simple dynamic function debugging and five to seven working days for a complex intelligence function debugging to ensure that the function meets client needs.
The fifth stage is grinding, colouring and detail optimization. Once the main product is produced and functional debugging is completed, we will make a full grinding of the sandpad to ensure that the surface is flat and that there is no stabbing, and then we will then perform a professional colouring, restoring the true colour and taste of the equipment while optimizing the details, adding the relevant markings, text descriptions, etc., to make the sandpad more professional and attractive.
The sixth is the testing and delivery of finished products, and we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the sandpad, including detail accuracy, functional operation, overall quality, etc., to ensure that the sandpad meets the design and industry standards and is not delivered properly. Upon completion of the testing, we will arrange for the installation of a debugging of professionals at the door to guide clients in the correct use of the sandpad, along with the submission of relevant instructions, maintenance manuals, etc. for delivery.
The production cycle of the industrial sandpads is based mainly on the complexity, size, function, etc. of the sandpads, with regular static sandpads having 15-20 working days, complex dynamic sandpads, large sandpads having 20-30 working days and non-standardized complex sandpads with 30-45 working days. If the client has an urgent need, we adjust the manpower and material resources to shorten the production cycle while informing the client of the urgent costs and ensuring that the sandpad is delivered on time to meet the urgent needs of the client.
