Core process and material selection

  1. Main structure - high-precision printing of light-sensitive resins

    • Charged stakes(b) Use of grey high-resilience resins, integration to avoid seams, and retention of the branded emboss LOGO (0.3 mm visible at depth).

    • Lightboard Array: Transparent photo-sensitivity resin printing, embedded laser engraving circuits, simulation of monocrystal silica reflection.

  2. Functional components - composite material combinations

    • Charge the gun line.(i) Soft 3D printing, with curved discs to chargers;

    • Energy module ventilation network: nylon laser platinum + resin border, nethole diameter 0.8 mm precision reduction.

IV. REAL HISTORY STRENGTHENING

  • Environmental integration

    • Printing of 1.25 new energy vehicle models (charging mouths and gun-head magnetic insulation);

    • The electrostatic herbs mixed with white emulsions simulated the natural growth of the green belt weeds.


  • Human traces.

    • Dry-cleaning of metal silver powder in charge stake areas, reflecting high-frequency wear and tear;

    • Ground tyres are stamped with old filament.
