Case of modeling of missile launchers: tactical payloads in field environments
This case is carried by a 1/35-scale missile launcher model, which reproduces tactical units in launch status in a field environment through a combination of modern modelling techniques. The production process focused on the structural characteristics of the equipment and its environmental suitability, leading to the realization of approximately 90 per cent of the actual level of restoration.
Material selection and basic construction
The main body uses imported engineering plastic retrofits, with 1.2 mm copper bar embedded in the sorghum section of the chassis to increase weight capacity. Hydraulic poles of the launcher are remade using aluminium alloy tubes, and missile slides are constructed in composite structures: the base layer is plastic and the key bearing points are replaced with brass etchings. An additional 0.5 mm polyester film is added to the driver ' s room to make a dizziness-proof net, and the gearing case is remodelled with AB.
Precision assembly processes
The assembly strategy "from the inside to the outside" is to complete the chassis transfer system and the interior interior structure, and then to model the shell. In the assembly process, a locator kit is used to ensure that the eight-wheel suspension remains at the same level and that the hydraulic support pole is installed with 0.3 mm activity residual. The missile-loading agency uses a break-up approach, which starts with a separate commissioning and completes with the launch pad. All hatches are handled in an incision to achieve a moving display.
III. OCCUPATION SYSTEMS
Introduction of digital colour spray programmes:
1.
Pre-treatment: Placing of light areas with light grey after a whole vehicle has been sprayed with dust floor paint
2.
Basic colour colours: 3 times green, neutral ash and sandy blocks of forests covered by an empty template, 10% of transparent paint per layer reduced saturation degrees
3.
Colour differential processing: seepage of a small number of olives in green areas with a blue gray in grey areas
4.
Missile coatings: Gradual black ash spraying of cartridges, partially metal black dots of warheads, high temperature oxidation effect at tail vents
IV. Ageing and environmental adaptation
Use of phased old technologies:
1.
Fluid expression: oil stains are made from diluted movement along hydraulic poles in brown paint
2.
Harm treatment: dry-clean stainless steel at the edge of the pedal, iron-stamping at door handles
3.
Dust accumulation: production of sediment accumulation effects from natural earth-mixed fixed fluids in the wheelchair
4.
Environmental integration: mimic dust in thin khaki spray at the bottom of the car, rubbing marks on the side of the tyre with graphite powder
V. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION
High-profile tactical features: replacement of the driver's brush with metal and the use of cow paper for the fixed belt of missile transport. Warning signs use water reprinting decal to achieve stereo effects with transparent paint cover. Finally, dry mud membranes are made from the chassis, and microvegetation is embedded in tyre textures with electrostatic grass.
