When making the Red Flag-9 model, preference is given to ZippaAlloy material• Build vehicle body and missile launcher, alloy hardness and contour rectification vehicle contour and silo structure details; the missile body uses zirconiumWaste materials, taking into account light quantification and configuration precision, to ensure a hierarchy between the cylindrical form of the missile launcher and the sub-structure (e.g. ballistics, combat). To fit the “hard nuclear sense” of military equipment, the hull turret details, etc.Metal sensor coatingzirconium, simulation of metallic light and texture of real equipment.
Body and launcher assembly:
First, the alloy vehicle parts (driver, chassis, turret) are grouped together, with a focus on the 8 x 8-wheeled chassis cross-country structure and the vertical silo layout of the turret; the silo is based on the "Strench + Whole Fixed" process, which first assembles the upper and lower parts of a single silo and then fixs the four silos on the frame of the vehicle with a card button or glue to ensure that the vertical angle and spacing of the silo is consistent with the actual equipment.
Missile Details:
The resin missile is assembled in the “blast, combat, tail”, the surface of which is polished with fine sandpaper, and the combat section (for the front end of the missile) is pressured by the mold to cast round-tune; the “red tail” at the top of the missile is used to use tungsten.Soft glue, simulates aerodynamic rudder structure at the tail of a real missile, increasing dynamic reduction.
Underground and Wheel Details:
Fragments and tire grafts on the bottom of the car require manual engraving, the edges of the tyre produce a “branding trace” with a stabbing knife, and the quality of use of field equipment is restored; tyres need to fit well with the car's stubble structure to ensure stability.
Color coating:
IntroductionMilitary camouflage paint. (Olive green, dark green, tan, etc.), which is sprayed first and then painted with a masked paint layer, which simulates the effect of the colour transition of real equipment with a fine pen on the edge; the size and distribution of the coloured block is subject to reference to the actual red flag-9 coating style, which guarantees the restoration of the originality.
Metal parts processing:
The metal parts of the body (e.g. door handles, turret chains) are sprayed first.Metal base paintZirconium, which is sprayed with metallic paint many times, is finally polished with a polished rag, and the “hard nuclear industry sense” of equipment is restored.
Details and Decorations:
"Missile Number" "Technical Parameter Marking" on cartridgesWhite oil pen.Hand-drawing, red tails on top of the missile.Light red.Sprays to enhance visual focus; red flag-9 long-range anti-aircraft missile at the bottom of the car is marked with tungstenMetal SensorZip, wipe the edges with alcohol and avoid sides.
During the production process, reference is made to the structure ratio of the actual equipment of the red flag-9 (e.g., length of vehicle, height of launcher, diameter of missile) to ensure that the model is “like”; the details (e.g., missile segment, coloured texture of vehicle) achieves “sight” by “magnifying observation + manual correction”. The finished model, which is polished and coloured over multiple wheels, is accompanied by red ribbons as gift decorations that preserve both the hard-nuclear sense of military equipment and the precision of the gift, and are reduced to around 90 per cent, and are suitable for military lovers' collections as well as for transmitting military culture as a gift in the form of defence education.
