Case of luxurious cruise ship high-precision demonstration modelling
On the instructions of a well-known cruise company, our Division took over the task of modelling the cruise display. The model needs to present a perfect picture of the fine flow line formation and luxury details of the cruise ship, with a focus on retrofitting multiple deck structures, marking chimneys and leisure facilities, with a reduction requirement of over 90 per cent for global patrols and branding flagship stores.
Bones form.: Implementation of the Aluminium CNC carving master framework to ensure that 1.8 m hull deformation at temperature variance ≤0.3 mm
Combining Monarch:
The white hull is formed by thermal pressure of the ABS plate, which is filled with atomic ash in the curve transition and is manually polished to the mirror.
The black bottom uses glass and steel retrofits to pre-burial LED slots.
Deck processing:
The pool area carved waterlines with transparent Aclik lasers, with an edge of 0.2 mm stainless steel. Column
The sun deck has a wood-coated PVC, and the laser collages a slide-proof cavity.
The cabin window.:
Acredo layer overlay, inner layer UV printing curtain patterns, outer layer dizziness. Light
The window frame is folded into a carving of copper.
Signic chimneys:
Red and yellow stripes are sprayed with masks, and the stripes are manually painted in Phnom Penh.
Embedded micro-fosterers in vents that simulate vapour effects
Rotating restaurant: 360 degrees of silent motion in the magnetic suspended base
Lifeboats: red resin cast and hanger wires woven towards the solid ship's winch
Main StructureAluminium (bones) + ABS (hull) + glass steel (bottom)
Decorative PartsBronze (bar) + artificial crystals (windows) + velvet (delay chairs)
Special handling: vessel-grade fluorocarbon paint sprayed in hulls with UV-resistant levels up to ASTM G154
Basic coating
White hull: Three bakery, first light ash paint, then pearl white paint
Black hull: Modular polyurethane paint folding with metal powder, reflecting reflection in deep sea
Details
Stackmarks: Water Reprinting Technology Retrofit Company logo, 24K gold plating in Phnom Penh
Rust treatment: natural iron oxide paint on the perimeter of the anchor chain, sponge dizziness
Shadow magic.
Indoor penetrator: Simulation of a different segment of the cabin lights
Underwater effects: Blue cold-light belts create deep-sea visualization through bottom red paint Sensor.
