Using a layered modular construction process, the steel structure basic framework was first developed and the equipment module assembled. The main plant used ABS engineering plastic sheet lasers to form and to ensure that the seams were smoothed through thermal welding. Pipeline systems are manually curved with flexible PVC tubes, with 3D printing of French plates for key nodes. The solar panel array uses transparent max etching paths, and the back vacuum plating membrane processes simulate the reflecting effects of silicon crystals.
Tank area: acid-scathing and passivation after metal powder burning, surface sprayed with special rust-proof base paint
Translating systems: epoxy resin insulation, copper wire woven analogue cables
Console: UV tablet patches, Akli mask for dizziness-proof sand treatment
Ground sclerosis: mixed polyurethane of quartile sands shaping condensed floors Sensor.
Implementation of the three-phase top-down programme:
Underground coating: Industrial-grade sprayer evenly sprayed and priority areas for rustproofing
Main Colour Layer: Rendering of the layer with a micro-range spray pen depending on the physical color of the site
Oldification treatment: dry cleaning processes highlight wear marks of equipment, oil stains presented with transparent resin mixed mineral powder
Peripheral greening uses eco-impression:
shrubbery: embezzled electron adsorption technology mixed with fluorescent powder simulated new leaf blades
Road systems: laser engraving asphalt texture, pre-laying micro-reflector nails
Personal scene: Dynamic 3D printing, clothing softening
