Case of military modelling: simulation of national-owned battle tanks
The case is based on a 1:35-scale model of the main domestic war tank, which produces a dynamic moment of field training through precision. The production focused on the true quality of the retrofitting equipment and the effects of its interaction with the environment, leading to an overall reduction of about 90 per cent.
Material selection and basic production
The main framework uses zinc alloy casts to ensure structural stability, and the turret rotor is embedded in a brass tube to enhance the durability of the joints. The external armoured used ABS plastic sheeting for additional modifications to deepen welding and smoothing details with 0.3 mm cord. Active wheel belts are selected to use ciphered plastics, with each track having its own corner sharpened and a natural downsliding after combination.
II. Process realization
The "modularized assembly" process was used: the body was first divided into chassis, armour and weapons modules. A chassis is assembled with a mini-bar plier to hold the twister to ensure that eight pairs of heavy wheels remain horizontal. Artillery drills were implanted into copper wire simulated chamber clearer guides, and blast-proof armour layers were retrofitted with AB and graft plates were used to suppress cellular texture. Through the softening of resins by hot wind guns, the two groups of figures re-orient their observational postures so that they interact with the car.
III. Clothes and old systems
A three-coloured scheme using military engineering standards:

Bottom colour treatment: deep green bottom paint first, with a sponge plaque spotting the background patch

Color production: Water cutting tape to make hard-side colours, three times covered with khaki and tan

Filter processing: a colour shift using paint paint pine oil solution after the overall thin paint is painted
4.
Harm expression: dry-cleaning of light olives on the edge, dark-coloured metal nudity on the hatch handle
IV. SIDE INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY
The ground base is shaped with epoxy resin mixed with natural gravel, embedding tank tracks while they are not condensed. A 2 mm grass fibre was distributed using electrostatic lawn growers, and local plaster spraying simulated dry mud. The clothing of the person is coated in layers: the basic colour is painted, the wrinkles are cast and the arms and marking badges are finally lit.
