Project background:

In order to visualize the technical features and excellence of a new generation of high-efficiency smart processing centres, a well-known machine manufacturer commissioned us to customize a downsized model of industrial equipment. The model not only accurately reproduces every detail of the real equipment, but also ensures its durability and appreciation through special process and material selection, making it a major highlight in the business fair.

Process highlights:

Precision laser cutting techniques: high-precision laser cutting machines are used to cut metal sheeting, to ensure that model components flow smoothly and are precise in size, and to perfectly replicate complex mechanical structures at smart processing centres.

Fine welding and polishing: through a fine welding process such as micro-arc welding, the cut parts are seamlessly linked together, followed by multiple manual polishing processes, removing all hair piercings and defects, making the model surface as smooth as mirrors and showing the beauty of the industry.

Circuit simulation and LED light: The internal microcircuit system simulates the operation of real equipment, combines LED light effects, visualizes the dynamics of the operation of the processing centre and enhances the interaction and attractiveness of the model.

Material selection:

Main structure: The selection of high-quality aluminum alloys as the primary material not only has a light weight and high intensity, but also has good corrosive and processing properties to ensure that models are stable and easily maintained.

Appearance treatment: application of environmentally sound electrostatic spraying techniques to coat the model surface with a grinding layer

Anti-aging coatings are not only bright and durable but also effectively resistant to daily wear and tear and keep models as new as possible.

Transparent components: The key operating area and internal structure use high-transparency, and allow viewers to clearly observe the internal structure and working principles of the model, increasing its transparency and educational value.
