Industrial park composite energy facility modelling programme

The project is a 1:200 scale dynamic demonstration model and consists of three core modules: photovoltaic arrays, wind clusters and smart distribution centres. The whole size of the model, 2.4 m x 1.8 m, is designed in a layered structure that presents the full process of energy production, transmission and storage.
Building framework
The main plant uses 3mm mackerel laser engraving, which is welded through chloroform solvents.
Steel structures are co-mingled with brass etchings and stress enhancement at key nodes
The solar panel array uses transparent PET film to print circuit lines
Energy equipment
Wind generators: resin-supplied blades with stainless steel main axis, with inner microaxis
Power-transformation facility: ABS aluminum transformer casings with copper wire loops
Pipeline system: medical silica ducts entangled in metal wiring
Surface muscle
Concrete walls: plaster base + white emulsive mixed stone sand scraping
Corrosive effects of metals: nitrate solution for oxidation
Photovoltaic reflection: Vacuum plating aluminium + polish protection paint
Dynamic systems
Mini-Maddar windmill rotation
LED Simulate Current Transmission Path
Magnetic inhalable replacement energy module
Industrial standard colour
Plant owner: RAL 7035 Industrial ash for old spray
Safety mark: fluorescent orange double group paint
Pipelines colour mark: epoxy epoxy cyclopent
Special effects
The light volts Gradient Blue uses multiple layers of transparent coating Add
Rusty spot iron powder + double oxygen water reaction
It's oil-filled on the ground.
