Selection of materials and infrastructure
Using the aviation-grade Aklik plate as the base, the terrain profile of the 1:200 scale was formed by laser cutting. The slopes are partially carved manually using bubble PU materials to shape natural ups and downs with a plaster mixture, with a surface covered with mineral powder and white emulsions. Aluminium alloy-type CNC is used for processing at the bottom of the PV array to ensure that the angle of each PV installation is fully consistent with that of the live power station and that the error is within ±0.5°.
II. Core component production process
Photovoltaic unit:
Print with 3mm transparent organic glass layer and graft of the surface
The backboard uses a dumb-deep blue PVC plate to print back details of the manufacturer Logo and the switchboard via UV
Simulate real wiring with 0.3 mm silver plating copper wire for every 6 blocks of standard strings
Standup system:
The main beam uses stainless steel microcosm tubes, electrolytic polishing after laser welding
Tracking the joints of the frame, implanting the micro-axis to achieve 15 degrees adjustability
Rusty control uses car-grade electro-simulation coating to present industrial properties Sensor.
III. SPECIFIC SOLUTION
Vegetation systems: Mixed use of materials such as electrostatic velvet and algae fibres, coloured partitions in hilly areas based on scene satellite maps
Road Texture: 3D printing molds after scanning real power stations with gravel, with epoxy resin pouring out trails
Electricity distribution: ABS plate composing the building mains, laser engraving of blind holes, window frames using etching techniques
Professional-level coating programme
Underground paint treatment: full-blown 1200-filled soil to fill micro-defects
Color spray:
Photovoltaic Gradual Blue uses the SMS semi-transparent paint stacks. Add
The metal parts are oxidized with the old fertilizer paint.
Environmental integration:
Simulate dust piles with paint paint.
Weathering master shows light ash.
V. Dynamic effects integration
Emplace SMD LEDs in retroverter areas, simulated by fibre-optic guidance
Use a magnetic switch to trigger a partition light effect
The background panel hides a fogging device that simulates the morning fog scene.
