Case of modeling mobile storage vehicles
A complete presentation of the energy tank structure, the electrical distribution system and the external interface is required to take over from the Energy Group 1:10 Mobile Energy Vehicle Demonstration Model project. Using the concept of "modularized insight" design, three-face open displays were achieved while maintaining 89 per cent appearance reduction.
Main framework construction
The chassis uses zinc alloy to cast the skeleton, and the rotor is equipped with a real spring protection structure.
The energy tank is organized using a layered Yakli, internal visible modeling
The distribution cabinet door is designed to be a magnet-suction flip structure showing the breaker microclipper
II. Functional visualization
The side plate uses the transparent composite Evonik in Germany to eliminate optical malformations with a two-way stretch Change
Cable channels are implanted in phosphorus-optic fibres, showing energy transmission paths in dark environments
Sweat grids for laser piercing. Real reduction of 40° tilt-direction wind array.
III. Surface refining process
Gradient and transparent blues are applied when the metal base paints are sprayed throughout the vehicle to create a visual energy flow.
High-pressure warning areas with orange fluorescent filaments and 5 metres of visual distance at night
Operation panel to reset real touch screen texture, press key to print with a micro-map UV
Disabled top cap design to display internal thermal management system for copper catheters
Charged gun interface with a magnetic absorption structure that simulates plug-in action
Tires added to the load deformation effect and reduced to full load state geomorphology
