Base materials processing
(c) The use of nationally produced quality ABS panels (1-5 mm thick) to remove the retrofitting residue stress by dehumidizing the oven 60°C for four hours.
Complex curvature parts are shaped by vacuum insulation, ordinary structural components are cut with lasers and the residual amount of 0.2 mm is retained.
Supporting materials
The tube structure is formed by thermal bending of the ABS bar and the fine grid parts are engraved with laser slabs.
The active joints are embedded in 304 stainless steel cores to ensure the durability of the moving components.
Core production process
Main Structure Building
Modularized assembly: 6 main components, such as tatters, exhaust systems, cooling modules, etc., are independently produced.
The key interfaces are double-fixed using the +ABS glue to avoid the transformation caused by simple adhesive.
Detailed enhancement phase
Surface texture treatment:
Casting senses: hand-drawing irregular pores with an etching pin
Machine processing face: 400 sandpapers single-way to grind metal cutting marks
Pipeline system production:
Pipes/waterlines with hot bends of ABS tubes in different diameters, 3D printing of French disc details at interfaces
Functional Simulation
Dismantling design: Pyramid plugs, filters, etc.
Dynamic presentation: Curved-axis poles keep 2mm activity process
III. Painting and used chemical processes
Bottom Colour Processing
The whole body was sprayed with grey water to refill the soil and examined and filled with cones above 0.1 mm
Cast iron component: Modeous black base paint + cast iron dry cleaning
Aluminium alloy components: silver base paint + transparent yellow sluice filter
Project Simulation
Oil-contaminated piles: transparent orange + brown mixed laundromat at the edge of the oil crust
High temperature oxidation: Blue purple gradient (800°C-600°C-400°C) in the vents
Exposure to wear and tear: Pistols rubbed with graphite powder to simulate metal friction marks
