Project background
A petrochemical enterprise will demonstrate the need for a new project by customizing a scale refining device process model that includes core equipment such as reactor, distillation tower, heat exchanger, etc. Models require a real reduction of industrial site layouts (over 90 per cent reduction) to demonstrate process processes while meeting long-term demonstration durability requirements.
Main Frame
304 stainless steel tubes to build the overall support structure and laser-cut arc welding in critical bearing areas
Equipment platform poles are convoluted with brass rods, and lengths of bars are strictly reduced in accordance with safety norms
Device shell
Tower-type equipment is processed using the Aklix pipe car, with wall thickness controlled at 1.2-1.5 mm
The reactor shell is formed using aluminum alloy voltage to preserve the physical equipment's closing feature
The catheter system is bent with a brass tube and the connection is welded to ensure strength.
Details Part
Valves, flannels, etc., are made of zinc alloy, and surfaces are processed in fine machines.
A laser engraved the Aclik panel on the surface of the instrument, and the scale is clearly identifiable.
Stairsteps use stainless steel sheeting, and smooth-lined roads are actually restored.
Precision
3D-printed resins in distillation towers with an error of 0.3 mm between pallets
Heat-replacement tube with 0.8 mm copper tube arrays, mouth extension treatment simulation real tubing process
The internal catalyst bed of the reactor is shaped by foam resin, with special texture paint sprayed on the surface
Surface treatment
Full model electrolytic polishing, removing trace of processing.
High-temperature equipment area to oxidize and simulate metallic discoloration under actual conditions
Artificial welding texture at pipe interfaces to enhance industrial quality Sensor.
Anti-distorting treatment
Large towers are equipped with carbon fibres.
Platform steel plate pre-formation, welding stress.
The key connectors leave 0.5 mm of thermal indentation gap.
Basic coating
Underground paints use epoxy Zinc Yellow.
Equipment main color subdivision sprayed, film thickness controlled at 60-80 m
The insulated layer uses special fuzzy powder coating to present real insulation material. Sensor.
Process performance
High-temperature tube lines are being processed for gradual oxidation, from silver white to deep blue natural transition.
Liquid media pipelines are used for transparent resin injections, internal suspension coloured micro-ball simulation media flow
Placing of fluorescent warning signs in hazardous areas and autonomous light at night
Protection against corruption
Full model polysiloxane paint, chemical corrosive.
The top of the open-air equipment is equipped with ultraviolet masks.
Use of fluorinated lubricants in active components to ensure long-term smooth operation
