Case of demonstration modelling of equipment in the coal industry

Background of the project

The demonstration model for coal mining equipment customised for coal industry groups in this case requires a model with a real reduction of over 90 per cent and complete industrial characteristics of underground equipment. The focus will be on the brand branding of enterprises, equipment functional partitions and human interfaces, while ensuring the visual impact of models in the exhibition room environment.

Data acquisition and modelling

  • 3-D laser scanning based on physical equipment, accurate capture of key features such as the oblique angle of the control module

  • Special identification of security points such as blastproof wire boxes, status lights, etc.
