I. MATERIAL PREPARATION

Production process

1. ‌Master Frame Productionzirconium: Based on the proportional size of the actual storage container, the ABS plastic sheet is cut into the appropriate shape and size using laser cutters, which then collage through thermal smelting or specialized plastic glue to form the container ' s shell. Place doors, windows, vents, etc. on the shell.

2. ‌Internal structure production‌: The shape of components such as PVC plate cutting, engraving battery modules, reversers, control cabinets, etc., are fixed in the appropriate position within the container by pasting and assembly. entangled, connected with the actual line layout, simulated internal electrical lines and fixed line positions with small plastics.

3. ‌Add Details‌: Cutting the Aclik panel into the shape of the observation window and installing it in a reserved position; pasting the corresponding parts with a mimic sticker, simulation device markings and parameter labels; installing small plastic screws, nuts, etc., to increase the authenticity of the details.

III. Post-treatment and topography

1. ‌Grain treatment.‌: Gravity of the overall appearance by grinding the collaged main frame and internal parts, removing the twilight and disequilibrium on the surface.

2. ‌Colour Process‌: The main container shell uses white self-painting paint for flat-spraying and simulates real container skin colours. For internal battery modules, electrical components, etc., the top colours are used in different colours, such as grey for batteries, blue for reversers, etc., to distinguish between different components. When the colour is dry, the overall spray can also be used with a glossing paint to give the model ' s surface a mute sense of texture, which is closer to the appearance of the real device.

3. ‌Effect Enhancement‌: Small LED lamps can be placed inside the observation window to simulate the internal light effect of the device when it is running; small flair can be pasted in the vent to simulate the flow effect of the ventilation.

Quality management and client communication

In the production process, regular photographs or videos are taken to communicate with clients and details are adjusted in a timely manner based on feedback from clients. Upon completion of modeling, a comprehensive quality check is conducted to ensure that the model is structured in a robust, attractive and reduced to about 90 per cent to customer satisfaction.
