Case of Transparent Strawer Modeling: Industrial Design Demonstration Model

The case is based on a 1:12-scale transparent lawn cutter demonstration model that displays the internal structure and external shape of industrial design products through innovative processes. The production focused on the penetration of transparent materials, the accurate reduction of internal mechanical structures and the very simple colour processing, leading to the actual reduction of about 90 per cent.

Material selection and basic production

The body body was formed using 4mm Translucency Accumulation lasers, which were seamlessly integrated through welded chlorine solvents. The internal mechanical structure is made of a white ABS plate layer and the gear group is constructed of 0.8 mm precise etching layers. The wheel is stymied with high elastic rubber and chromium plating in the rim section. The cockpit mask uses a vacuum, hotly bent PET-transparent film, perfect for re-routing. The operating panel uses the super thin liquid crystal screen printing technology to show the simulation working state.

ii. Precision production processes

Adopts an "inside and out" assembly process: first complete the assembly of the internal moving body and then install a transparent shell. The gear group is equipped with a micropositioning kit to ensure a 0.1 mm accuracy of each gear bite. IV. ELECTRONIC STRENGTHENING TECHNOLOGY

Focus on design features: internal motors use metallic fine coating to enhance mechanical sense of quality. Cut blades are used for stainless steel treatment to maintain sharp appearances. An orange warning colour is added to the safety shield to meet industrial design standards. Tires are carved in a nuanced pattern that enhances the anti-sliding visual effects. Connecting beams are made of 0.3 mm paint packs and are precisely reduced to circuit layouts.

V. Optimizing transparency

Multilayer polishing: First, initial grinding with 800-gauge sandpapers, gradually up to 7,000 for fine polishing. The end-use of the ointment is mirrored, bringing transparency to over 93 per cent. The interior structure is installed with special attention to cleaning and the use of electrostatic tools to avoid dust attachment.
