Programme positioning
For business clients (e.g., maritime agencies, ship manufacturers, civil service projects) there is a demand for a high-resilient ship model that provides a process-wide customization service from design, production to delivery, with models returning to more than 90 per cent to satisfy multiple scenarios such as display, training, memorialization, etc.

1. Needs identification and design phase
Ship-type customizationBased on ship drawings, photographs or specific parameters provided by the client (e.g., examination vessels, cargo ships, yachts), the ship ' s structure, deck layout and detail parts (e.g., poles, lifeboats, radar antennas) are returned by professional modelers at 1:1.
Material Selection:
Main Structure: Introduction of light-quality, high-intensity Barsawood (for large demonstration models) or composite foam sheeting (for frequent transport scenarios).
Metal parts: Provide options such as zinc-plated copper wire, aluminium aluminum, to simulate the metallic sense of a real ship.
Process confirmation: Determine with the customer the size of the model (commonly 30 cm-1.5 m), whether moving components (such as propellers, light systems) are required, and sign the design confirmation.
2. Production stage
Ship formation.:
The contour of the hull is completed through CNC cutting or manual carving to ensure accuracy of the scale.
Layers are attached to structures such as decks, cabins and interior support skeletons (hard plastics/metal wires) to enhance stability.
Details assembly:
3D printing or hand-made precision components (e.g. anchors, port windows) installed at the actual ship location.
Options: Add LED lights (simulated cockpit lighting, navigable lamps), magnetic absorbents (facilitating displays).
3. Painting and post-processing
Standardized Top Color:
Underground paints use car-class dumb-ray paints, which are customised to the customer ' s brand or ship colour.
The name of the vessel, the LOGO and the waterline sign are drawn manually and the print surface is protected using UV coatings.
scene custom:
Optional substrates (Akely/Photo carving), dynamic waters (fossil wave effects) or background plates (business slogans, ship parameters).
Test Standard:
Structural stability: Through vibration tests (simulation of transport environment).
Repression Validation: 5% error relative to the original design map.
Packaging programme:
Earthquake-proof boxes + custom lining, large models providing deassembly services and assembly instructions.
Value-added services:
Provision of model maintenance guides (cleaning, patching) and structural maintenance.
