Case of high-iron scenario production: dynamic train on the high line

The case is based on a high-iron model scenario in the graphics, which is operated on the high bridge through a finely crafted reproducing train. The production focused on representation of the color mix of the vehicle, the structural details of the high bridge and the coherence of the overall environment, leading to approximately 90 per cent visual reduction.

Material selection and basic production

The frame of the car is constructed with light gills and a dice structure to ensure overall stability. Flow-type appearances are formed using 0.5 mm polystyrene plastic sheeting through heating with a hot wind gun. The window section uses pre-engineered and transparent Accelerators and the edge is polished to ensure light. The high-density plaster is used to make up the bridge, which uses the ABS plate to match the steel-coated road graft. The orbit is based on an off-the-shelf N-scale metal track, with woodline details added separately to the pillow section.

Production process

III. The coating system

IV. FOCUS OF PROCEEDINGS

The interior of the car window is accompanied by an extremely thin printout of the passenger interior, including a chair profile and a frame structure. The headlights were drilled through a 0.2 mm drill using micro-LED lamps. The high-mounted bridge fence was made of grafts, and the surface of the bridge was painted with dust to make traces of wind and rain erosion. The road is partially asphalted, the road signs are painted and the small human model is printed in 3D and painted manually.

V. SIDE INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY

The whole layout uses the gold partition, and the train has an enhanced vibe of the corner line. Crush marks are scattered around the orbits, and dark effects are simulated in depth and grey in the shadows of the high bridge. Grasslands are mixed with three different green herbiving materials, with small trees organized in close and small patterns. Finally, transparent resins are used to produce a reflection effect on the surface of the road, enhancing the reality of the scene.

Through a combination of traditional handicrafts and modern materials, the entire production process accurately recreates the modern sense of the high-terrestrial train and perfects the living atmosphere of the orbital traffic scene. This method of production focuses in particular on the integration of colour matching with the environment, allowing models to display a dynamic working beauty in static conditions and achieve a high degree of artistic and genuine uniformity.
