The case is carried by a 1:35-scale model of a Chinese fire recovery vehicle, which reproduces the professional appearance and operational state of modern fire equipment through sophisticated manual production. The production focused on the presentation of details of colour matching, warning marking systems and emergency rescue equipment that were characteristic of fire vehicles, leading to the physical re-entry of about 90 per cent.

Material selection and basic production
The main body was shaped with imported engineering plastics, with 1.5 mm stainless steel bars embedded in the chassis. The ladder is partly made of manual bending of aluminium alloy tubes, and the compressor is made of brass etchings. Water tank casings are plasticized with 0.8 mm polystyrene plates, and surface suppression strengthens band texture. The wheels are selected for rubber material and are reprocessed in detail. Following equipment includes fire-fighting water belts, hydraulic decomposition tools, etc.
Precision assembly processes
Adopt a "functional partition" assembly programme: complete the chassis power system and the driver's room and install the upper functional module. Ladders are assembled using locator moulds to ensure parallelity of the stairwells, leaving 0.5 mm activity gap in the moving institutions. The water tank is connected to the car with plastic patches, which are seamlessly processed, and the header warning light stand is replaced by metal parts to enhance stability. All doors are empty and open for presentation. The silos of equipment are stacked in layers, and precise retrogressive tool storage patterns are available.
Professional paint system
Implementation of special fire-fighting paint standards:
1.
Bottom paint treatment: white epoxy epoxy varnished throughout the vehicle and smooth surfaces obtained from 2,000 eye polished
2.
Main coating: Cover colouring, first red main fire colour and then white decoration And...
3.
Marking reduction: use of water-reprinting techniques to produce the Chinese and English-language versions of "fire fighting" and precise position curves
4.
Warning colours: blue red warning lights painted on the top of the vehicle, with transparent blue/red resin
5.
Protective coatings: overall photo-painting, balancing body gloss and clear marking degrees
Detailed presentation techniques
Focus on fire-fighting equipment characteristics: add an operating dashboard film to the cockpit and make fire-proof fabric textures in the seat. A small LED module is built into the Rotation Light on the roof to connect the independent power source through a 0.3 mm conduit. The fire pumps interface is made of metal pieces and the water belt scrolls are designed to be rotateable. Distinction colour with vehicle equipment, hydraulic shearing and coating works are yellow, and the water belt conveys a metallic sense. The pedal texture was added to the back of the car and the chromium plating was performed on the gloves.
Professional ageing
A slight use of traces:
1.
Operational traces: dry-cleaning of silver and grey at often touched hatch handles
2.
Water stain performance: Transparent resin to make drip marks around the pump interface
3.
Dust effect: accumulation of fine dust blends at wheel slabs
4.
Metallic sense: the cloud ladder stretcher partially retains metallic colours and displays a frequently sliding operational state
