The case is carried by a 1:20-scale mobile energy storage vehicle model, which accurately reproduces the industrial design characteristics of new energy equipment by combining traditional handicrafts with modern materials. The production focused on the representation of specialty vehicles, enterprise marking systems and specialized engineering paints, which resulted in the actual reduction of approximately 90 per cent.
Material selection and basic production
The frame of the car is built with high-quality wood bars, using a dice structure to ensure overall stability. Perceived skin uses 1.2 mm polystyrene plastic sheeting, which is heated and adhesived by a heater. The chassis is partially formed by stainless steel piece lasers, which ensure the bearing strength. The windows were circumcised with 2 mm of transparent macly plates and 45 degrees of rectangular treatment at the edge. The wheel component uses rubber-filled plastic platters with plastic hoods, re-realizing the structural characteristics of the vehicle.
ii. Precision production processes
Using the "Framework-Skin" stratification method: first the interior frame of wood is constructed and then the outer skin is finely fitted. The panels in the cars were filled with plastic patches, which were polished three times to produce seamless results. The vents of the roof are made using an etching technique to accurately reduce the grid details. Minor components, such as rear-view mirrors, are reinforced by ad hoc glue using copper silk contour. All open components are equipped with mini-synthesis pages to enable functional displays.
Professional coating programme
Standards for the painting of engineering vehicles:
1.
Bottom treatment: gray epoxy epoxy varnished throughout the vehicle, finely polished through 2000 mesh.
2.
Base colour coating: A coloured coating process with yellow main paint sprayed first and a secondary cover after 48 hours of drying
3.
Marking production: use of custom water sticker precision reduction "move energy vehicle" master identification and "SDEE Shandong Electrician" enterprise logo
4.
Details are coloured: black bumpers use pen-painting and chromium plating on wheels
5.
Protective coatings: overall photopurification, balancing colour saturation and mass expression
IV. Detailed processing techniques
Specialized vehicle characteristics are highlighted: the body text is wiring, with an edge of 0.2 mm precision. Details of black tape are added to the frame of the window, and the top fence is made manually with copper wire. The charger interface is made of metal pieces and is accompanied by waterproof duct details. Warning signs use fluorescent dots to enhance visual recognition. The chassis part is treated in deep grey and accurately reproduces the suspended system structure.
